Beauty inside and out.

Let's talk BEAUTiful. Not fashionable, not trendy, but beautiful.

Gabrielle Chanel once said: 

" Elegance is when the inside is just as beautiful as the outside. " 

 And she was right. Nowadays we pay so much attention to the outside. We measure the value of people by the brands they wear, the phones they talk through, the cars they ride or the mansions they live in. We appreciate the outside so much, that we rarely pay attention to the rotten souls and twisted minds that live underneath these expensive clothes.

Friendship is a mirage and true compassion is extinct. We choose our close ones not because of how they treat us, but because of how they look, how much they get and how high they stand in the hierarchy of society. 

Can we stop for a second? Beauty is so much more than just make up and clothes. All of us , we carry beauty in ourselves. We pay so much attention to the appearance, because that's what everyone is teaching us to do. We don't look deeper, we don't search for the humanity. We don't ask for it.

No one is to blame, though , but ourselves. Everyone has a different path to walk, everyone is different. Some have more, some have less. Some are "big", and some are "humble". But what we should look for in one another is the soul. It is the way they talk, the way they make you feel. The way they carry themselves. They way they appreciate life, family and even money. 

So my sincere asking to you and myself is, please, please let's bring back some humanity. The body that we live in, is our temple. We take care of it, we make it beautiful, we exaggerate our natural, beautiful features. And that's okay. And that's important. BUT... we should take care of our souls too. We should try to make the inside, just as fabulous and gorgeous as the outside. What a pleasant world we would live in then! 

A reminder : A compassionate hour is never a wasted one. So "waste" enough time to the valuable and less to the material, because there's going to be a moment in each life that would be a breaking point. Than we'll need a friend, we'll need a truthful shoulder to cry on. Make sure you'll have that, make sure you've bonded not only your bluetooth devices but also your hearts. 

So stay classy, stay beautiful, stay gorgeous - both on the inside and on the outside!
